Terms of Service
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern the use of services provided by No Miss Cleaning (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By submitting a service request, booking, or using our cleaning services, you agree to these Terms.
1. Services
No Miss Cleaning provides residential and commercial cleaning services in Halifax, Nova Scotia, and surrounding areas. Services are provided based on the details supplied by the client and the agreed-upon scope at the time of confirmation.
Any services requested outside the original scope may result in additional charges.
2. Booking & Confirmation
Submitting a form or request on our website does not guarantee a booking.
All services are confirmed only after pricing and availability are agreed upon by both parties.
We reserve the right to decline or reschedule service if details provided are inaccurate or incomplete.
3. Pricing & Payment

Payment is due upon completion of service, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

We accept payment by credit/debit card via Square and cash at the time of service.

For recurring services, payments may be processed automatically according to the agreed schedule.

If a payment fails or is not received, service may be paused until payment is completed.
4. Cancellations & Rescheduling

We require at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling.

Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may be subject to a cancellation fee.

Repeated late cancellations may result in termination of service.
5. Cleaning Levels & Service Condition
Clients are responsible for accurately selecting the level of cleaning (Standard or Heavy).

Standard Clean assumes a regularly maintained space.

Heavy Clean involves additional time due to buildup, first-time cleans, or long gaps between cleanings.
Final pricing may be adjusted if the condition of the space differs from what was described.
6. Access to Property
Clients must ensure safe and timely access to the property at the scheduled service time. If our team is unable to access the property, the appointment may be treated as a late cancellation.
7. Satisfaction & Re-Cleans
If you are not satisfied with the service, please notify us within 24 hours of service completion.
We will review the concern and, where appropriate, offer a re-clean of the affected area. Refunds are not guaranteed and are provided at our discretion.
8. Safety, Damage & Liability
We take reasonable care when cleaning your property. Clients must inform us of:

Special surfaces or materials

Pre-existing damage
We are not responsible for damage caused by normal wear and tear, improper installation, or undisclosed fragile items. Our liability is limited to the cost of the service provided.
9. Eco-Friendly Products
We use eco-friendly, non-toxic cleaning products whenever possible. Clients with allergies or sensitivities must notify us prior to service.
10. Pets & Working Conditions
Pets must be secured during service unless otherwise agreed. We reserve the right to refuse or discontinue service if working conditions are unsafe or unsanitary beyond reasonable cleaning standards.
11. Right to Refuse Service
We reserve the right to refuse or discontinue service for reasons including, but not limited to:

Unsafe conditions

Aggressive or inappropriate behavior

Non-payment

Repeated cancellations
12. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Nova Scotia, Canada.
